Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about building high-quality products? Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler, where your skills will directly contribute to the creation of cutting-edge gas and flame detection sensors.

What You'll Do

• Interpret assembly prints, bills of materials, ECOs, and process documentation
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Perform hand soldering, apply adhesives/chemicals, and conduct electronic testing
• Use torque wrenches, microscopes, and computer workstations for testing and record-keeping
• Carry out quality control inspections to ensure product excellence
• Adapt to evolving manufacturing technologies and processes
• Safely lift up to 40 lbs regularly

Essential Skills

• Skilled in hand tools, soldering, and small part assembly
• Experience with torque wrenches, wiring, and microscope work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• JSTD certification highly preferred
• Prior experience with PCB or small part assembly is a plus

Work Environment

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Provided: Smocks and safety glasses
• Not provided: Safety toe shoes
• Large production area with multiple lines supporting sensor technology
• Some areas may have a strong epoxy smell
• Placement based on your strengths and preferences

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
