Fabricator And Mig Welder

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components specifically for work vans. This role involves all MIG welding, primarily working with 3/8th steel or thinner gauge metals, including welding on liftgates and chassis.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate metal components for work vans using MIG welding techniques.
• Weld 3/8th steel or smaller, including thin gauge metals.
• Perform welding tasks on liftgates and chassis.
• Interpret and work with blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in welding.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must provide own hood and gloves.

Work Environment:

The work environment involves working with various metals, including thin gauge materials, primarily focusing on MIG welding. Safety gear, such as a welding hood and gloves, is necessary to perform the tasks effectively.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apollo Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
