Master's Level Social Worker - Flexible Hours

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing South Carolina Licensure as an LISW-CP to provide a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions.

Exciting Opportunity: This position offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 25+ hours per week.

We're Looking For:

• Full-time clinicians available for at least 30 hours/week (25+ client visits plus administrative time for supervision).
• Behavioral health generalists competent in working with couples and children, with our support.
• Individuals who value independence yet enjoy teamwork.
• Integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential traits.
• Applicants must reside within 45 minutes of the Greenville office and should work in the office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote).
• Flexibility in work schedule is a must.

Qualifications:

• Must live and be actively pursuing licensure in South Carolina.
• A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.
• Approved as an LMSW by the board.
• Experience in a counseling setting, specifically with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, is required.
• Experience in conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision, according to DSM-5 guidelines.

Compensation:
Earn up to $64,400 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
