About the Role

We are seeking a Marine/Waterfront Project Manager and Design Engineers with a passion for waterfront design to join our growing team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact shoreline projects and contribute to the design and development of waterfront structures including:

  Bulkheads

  Retaining walls

  Piers and platforms

  Fenders, docks, and flood resiliency systems

You'll take on a pivotal role leading high-impact coastal and waterfront projects across the NYC region. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and expanding team within a well-established organization

Responsibilities

• n

  Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects.

  n

• n

  Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures

  n
n
• n

  Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development

  n
n
• n

  Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence.

  n
n
• n

  Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement.

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  4+ years of experience in structural, waterfront/marine, or geotechnical engineering

  n
n
• n

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering

  n
n
• n

  PE License (preferred)

  n
n
• n

  Prior field experience in waterfront facility inspections and construction observation

  n
n
• n

  Experience with waterfront structures is highly preferred

  n
n

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.
