Manufacturing Technician

Job Title: Assembler - Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Waukesha, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift, Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
About the Role
We are hiring an Assembler to build and finish electronic cable assemblies according to customer specifications. This position is hands-on and requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical instructions, and strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  
• Measure, cut, solder, and crimp cables with connectors such as coaxial, USB, and Ethernet.
  
• Apply labeling, ties, and shrink tubing to assemblies.
  
• Perform continuity and quality testing to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
  
• Prepare materials, operate small tools/machinery, and complete required documentation.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  
• 6+ months assembly or manufacturing experience (electronics assembly a plus).
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small hand tools.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
