Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a full-service, tier-one automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedules:

• 1st shift: 6:40 am - 3pm Monday - Friday

• 2nd shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday

• 3rd shift : 10:40 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.

• Conduct visual and gage inspections of parts produced by various manufacturing processes.

• Pack parts into specified containers as per standards.

• Maintain 5S and LEAN Manufacturing standards while contributing to team initiatives.

• Communicate effectively to avoid unplanned downtime and inform leadership of maintenance needs.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED holder.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

• 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical disciplines preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
