Manufacturing Technician

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting innovative crystal growth processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: $24.00

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, INCLUDES WEEKENDS

What's the Job?

• Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.

• Grow crystals used in imaging equipment.

• Mix raw materials to a specified mixture.

• Monitor various crystal growth processes.

• Maintain accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in a database.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a hot environment.

• Good PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.
