Manufacturing Technician

Join our team to assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels. This role involves high-volume production and requires precision and attention to detail. Shift is 3-2-3 (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Participate actively in the assembly line to meet production targets.
• Ensure quality control by checking completed assemblies.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a production-based role for at least 6 months.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.
• Dexterity in handling small components such as microchips, PCBs, and SD cards.
• Understanding of blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Soldering and wiring expertise.
• Previous experience in a high-volume production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
