JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. This role involves assembling medical devices using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment. The technician will participate in continuous improvement activities and follow all regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
Work with Manufacturing Lead and/or Specialist to meet customer demand and production schedules.
Participate in basic problem-solving to ensure stable operation of the work cell.
Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor to Manufacturing Lead or Production Supervisor.
Observe, maintain, coordinate, and complete standard work.
Participate in DBS (Daily Business System) concepts and continuous improvement activities.
Sustain 5S activities by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Actively assist the production team with product processing.
Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company's Quality System.
Complete required documentation related to regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some work experience is acceptable.
Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Experience in medical device manufacturing.
Microscope experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
