PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled.
• Attain production goals as specified by Plant Manager.
• Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed.
• Maintain weekly employee attendance records.
• Maintain accurate production data.
• Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Comply with all NOV Company and Quality, Health Safety Environmental policies & procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check. College Degree Preferred or High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years' experience as Supervisor.
• Must be capable of leading a diverse team.
• Willing & Able to work overtime as required.
• Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipment.
• Understand complex manufacturing specifications.
• Ability to adapt and be cross trained to learn all job duties as required.
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations.
