What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support Production Leads and Technicians on the 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
• Oversee production to meet output targets and schedules
• Champion workplace safety and ensure full compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and quality standards
• Monitor production metrics; make real-time adjustments to optimize performance
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth shift handovers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) activities
• Partner with maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years manufacturing experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of automation, control systems, and ERP (SAP a plus)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of safety practices, GMP, and food safety standards
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
