Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 2 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator 2, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator 2

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

What's the Job?

Execute the daily production schedule for Filling, Labeling, or Kit Packaging using manual and automated processes.

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain good documentation practices.

Work independently and as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.

Communicate status updates effectively to department Leads and Supervisors.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls regularly.

Basic math skills required for daily tasks.

Physical ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and around moving mechanical parts, with proper PPE provided.
