Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and control computer operations, ensuring proper functioning of hardware and software.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and permissions updates.
• Provide technical guidance and training to users as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Must be able to work within a collaborative environment.
• Must be US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location. Minimum Req Required Hourly Wage: $33.24. There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
