Manufacturing Fabrication Support Specialist

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19+/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist in setup and running of equipment, consistently adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage in job rotation every 4 hours to promote a safe work environment and minimize fatigue.
• Review manufacturing orders to confirm customer specifications and accurately package products.
• Monitor production processes and suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for order review and documentation.
• Ability to identify safety concerns and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Proficient in using inspection equipment and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for quality inspections.
