Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative production processes. Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $22 to $27 per hour on W-2
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?

• Work with moderate direction to identify and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing production.
• Examine equipment, processes, and operations to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements.
• Design processes to manufacture textiles, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Monitor operations standards and implement changes as needed to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.

• A degree in textiles or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in textiles will also be considered.
• Experience in knitting processes and textile manufacturing in a professional or school setting
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve manufacturing methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and suggestions.
