We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Westbrook, CT. This role is perfect for a candidate with strong experience in industrial engineering, data systems, and process optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency through data analysis, system development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance manufacturing efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
• Develop and implement systems for continuous improvement.
• Manage projects related to manufacturing processes.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Work with ERP systems and manufacturing KPIs to streamline operations.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI and manufacturing KPIs.
• Knowledge of process optimization.

Work Environment:

The role is based in Westbrook, CT. The position involves working with advanced data systems and technologies to optimize manufacturing processes. The environment is dynamic and focuses on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Westbrook, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
