Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Senior GenAI / Agentic Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing cutting-edge custom GEN AI solutions and predictive AI models, deploying them in production environments, and driving the integration of AI technologies across our business operations. As a key member of our AI team, you will collaborate with diverse teams to design solutions that deliver tangible business value through AI-driven insights.

Your role

Gen AI & Machine Learning Models Development

• Design, develop, and implement generative and predictive AI models (including NLP, computer vision, etc.).
• Lead the development of innovative solutions such as autonomous agents for complex tasks and multimodal interactions.
• Integrate AI agents to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.

Application Architecture Design, Development, & Integration

• Develop custom generative AI applications with API architecture, including external interfacing, traffic control, runtime execution, data access, authentication, and deployment.
• Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data tools (Databricks, PySpark) to develop AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure security and compliance of AI solutions.
• Implement monitoring and logging for AI performance and reliability.

Model Deployment & Maintenance

• Work with DevOps and IT teams to deploy models into production, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models and pipelines.
• Design data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage.
• Create documentation and train teams on deployment and management.

AI Research & Integration

• Stay updated with emerging AI techniques and trends.
• Integrate new AI tools into business processes.
• Lead development of private GenAI tools, including LLMs and specialized AI use cases.

Collaboration & Communication

• Align AI projects with business needs.
• Lead efforts in AI capability pitches, demos, proposals, and project planning.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists.

Your skills and experience

• Expertise in agentic systems, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, workflows, caching, and orchestration.
• Experience in Agentic AI architecture, development, testing, and research.
• Proficient in frameworks like LangChain, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, or Open AI SDK.
• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of APIs, HTTP, JSON, REST, authentication, error handling, and documentation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools.
• Understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering, SQL, NoSQL databases.
