As a member of the IT Management Team, you will manage, develop, and lead a team. Your responsibilities include overseeing team performance and aligning your team’s goals with the company’s larger objectives. As the Order Management Platform Engineering leader, you will support a team designing, developing, and implementing a new order management system in an agile environment, fostering a product engineering ecosystem and promoting DevOps philosophies.

Responsibilities
- Integrity: Lead by example, handle employee concerns ethically, and achieve goals ethically.
- Member Service: Ensure exceptional member experience through staff.
- Administration: Manage department coverage, understand and explain budget variances.
- Performance Management: Coach employees, conduct performance discussions, and identify development opportunities.
- Communication: Share information effectively, handle difficult conversations, and demonstrate business knowledge.
- Self-Management: Exercise sound judgment and maintain self-control under stress.
- Inclusion: Encourage diverse approaches, seek input, and recognize potential in candidates.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
- Manage multiple work streams, stakeholders, product backlogs, and prioritize accordingly.
- Partner with Cloud and Digital teams to ensure security compliance and meet OKRs.
- Stay current with software delivery practices and relevant technologies like Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, microservices architectures.
- Mentor employees on technical and career growth.
This is a full-time management position requiring 45+ hours per week.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years leading software development/product engineering teams.
- 3+ years developing and deploying enterprise cloud services and web applications.
- 3+ years working in an agile environment, with knowledge of test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with development frameworks (Java, Javascript, node.js, .Net, Powershell).
- Google Cloud certifications preferred.
- Proven experience implementing DevOps practices.
- Additional training in HIPAA, leadership, and company policies within specified timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.

Pay Range: $137,000 - $200,000, with bonus and RSU eligibility.
