Management Analyst

Key Role:

Work withclients and key stakeholders to understand priorities,challenges, and business opportunities. Identify related issues, risks, and stakeholders, and develop integrated approaches using one or more organizational strategy or transformation and change components. Apply advanced skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members. Provide an immediate responsive capability to prepare senior clients for planned or unplanned engagements with leadership. Provide direct support to synchronize the development of products for strategic engagement across all branches and integrate collaborative efforts with the project management office and system integrator. Research, develop, and publish messaging products, including executive-level briefings, information papers, talking points, and presentations designed to communicate directly to senior leadership's internal and external audiences. Collaborate on the identification, development, and deployment of the organization's strategic vision and engagement objectives. Provide maintenance of a functional digital library readily available for historical reference, information research, risk mitigation, and operational planning.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level staff or federal government

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience writing and editing material at the executive level

• Ability to work with senior government officials to translate ideas and concepts into professional communication products and presentations

• Ability to gather information and synthesize it into client-ready deliverables

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office with competing and changing priorities

• Possession of excellent presentation skills

• Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
