Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in property management and residential services, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the overall quality and safety of the residential community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $21 hourly

What's the Job?

• Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality.
• Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools, and perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.

What's Needed?

• Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance, with a cell phone for emergency calls.
