Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: As an integral part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your skills in welding and machining will be a plus. You will apply your technical knowledge to identify equipment malfunctions and restore operational efficiency.

Shift: 6p-6a with training on 1st shift

Compensation: $32.74-$42.98/hr with a $.50 shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance information
• Apply your knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, and control systems
• Demonstrate strong PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical schematics
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliable production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation and Troubleshooting
• Combination of mechanical and electrical expertise, with familiarity in hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic troubleshooting experience and proven machine repair skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently with professionalism
• Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and flexible days

Military training and/or Technical School experience is preferred. Candidates must undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, prior to starting employment.
