Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager | 100k+

Lead and manage a maintenance department of 8 technicians.

Oversee all plant machinery, including blow molding machines, plastic injection machines, robots, vision systems, conveyors, scales, and CAMS systems.

Ensure breakdowns are addressed promptly and prioritize maintenance needs.

Create and ensure adherence to a preventive maintenance schedule.

Supervise maintenance staff and assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

At least 5 years of maintenance management or supervising experience.

Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience with PLCs and automation.

Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.

Ability to work hands-on and willingness to work 8-10 hours of overtime weekly.

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
