Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick-thinking, and ready to tackle diverse maintenance challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a strong potential for career growth, with clear advancement paths toward Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment during the 3rd shift sanitation runs
• Troubleshoot and repair ovens, boilers, conveyor belts, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems
• Support electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including PLC systems (preferred)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment
• Hands-on knowledge of ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyor systems, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently on a 3rd shift schedule
