Machining Technician / Machine Operator

We are looking to hire Machine Technicians for a leader in the industry in Green Bay, WI.   As a Machining Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production operators. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES

Job Title: Machining Technician

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4 ten-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth workflow
• Inspect and measure parts for conformity and quality standards
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machining processes
• Restart or start equipment following power outages or interruptions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in machining or manufacturing preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
