Machine Operator

CNC Operator Available on 2nd and 3rd Shift

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various measuring equipment and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This role involves machine setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines in production.
• Perform setups and changeovers on machines.
• Troubleshoot machinery to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks and setup programs.
• Enter data accurately into computer systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in machine operation and quality checks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience running CNC machines is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA VERGNE, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
