Machine Maintenance Technician

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule. Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines. Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs. Calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance. Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor. Machine calls/breakdowns will take up 85% of the time while the other 15% will be performing predictive maintenance on equipment to avoid future issues.

Essential Skills:

• Industrial maintenance
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• PLC Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley
• Robotic Troubleshooting - Motoman or Fanuc

This is a permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits:
