Machine Builder

This position involves assembling electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components for automated equipment. The role requires a strong focus on electrical (60%) and mechanical (40%) assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Conduct mechanical assembly and panel wiring.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Engage in basic part fabrication and modification.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support initiatives to continually improve work processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Expertise in machine building, electrical wiring, and assembly.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and automation.
• Ability to perform panel wiring and building.
• Knowledge of control panels and electro-mechanical systems.
• 2+ years of experience in panel building and reading schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A 2-year technical degree or equivalent training is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
