M365 Administrator Engineer

CACI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to be part of a dynamic and high performing team designing, implementing, and managing M365 GCC tenant. The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery fulfilling customer/developer requests and troubleshooting complex incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates.
• Provide end-to-end service support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics365.
• Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies.
• Power Platform environment life cycle management.
• Manage Power BI environment and workspaces.
• Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services.
• Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
• Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

Qualifications:

Required: Ability to attain DHS EOD, BA + 12 years' applicable experience, AA + 14 years' applicable experience or 18 years' experience, 5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform, Strong Communication Skills be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $131,800 - $290,000
