M&A Attorney (Hybrid)

Overview

A reputable and busy North New Jersey law firm is looking to hire an M&A Associate to join its growing group. The position allows for a hybrid schedule and excellent growth opportunity. The group primarily handles mid-market work and very sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of M&A experience
• The ability to develop relationships with clients
• An ambitious attitude with a strong desire to grow and develop
• License to practice law in New Jersey (or ability to waive in)

Compensation and Benefits

The firm offers a competitive salary in the $140,000-$150,000 range with bonuses and benefits of 401k, medical, dental, vision, and disability.
