As a Logistics Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our professional customers receive parts and products in a safe and timely manner. This position also involves handling C.O.D. payments and collecting customer returns. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for prompt delivery of products to customers.
• Utilize handheld devices for delivery management, including capturing customer signatures and updating vehicle logs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicles, completing inspections before use.
• Safeguard delivery assets such as keys, fuel cards, hand-held devices, and collected payments.
• Manage customer returns efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with store management to flag any customer issues or special requests.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues, damages, or accidents to the store manager without delay.
• Ensure vehicles are secured and fuel tanks are filled at the end of each day.
• Adhere to company policies for clocking in and out.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, including customer service, stocking, merchandising, and operational errands.
• Occasionally support the team with cashier duties and customer service tasks based on business needs.
• Perform all other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to efficiently match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing delivery situations.
• Driving record that complies with company policies.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license and adherence to driving eligibility criteria.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Experience operating light equipment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
