What You'll Be Doing:

As a Logistics Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting products and delivering office supplies to our customers on your assigned route. Depending on demand, you may also assist in loading your vehicle.

Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to uphold safe work practices while promoting our safety-driven culture. You will efficiently organize and load products for delivery, utilizing a manifest to determine the optimal route and schedule. You’ll also problem-solve for our customers by providing support, accepting returns, and creating a positive delivery experience as you represent our brand on the road.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A safe and courteous driving record, with the ability to navigate varying weather and road conditions
• Strong decision-making skills for driving, parking, and customer interactions
• An inclusive approach to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Proficiency in using technology, including GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) systems
• A commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing pre-trip inspections, and addressing maintenance issues

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, remaining eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, in accordance with legal regulations
• Possession of a 6-month DOT medical card specific to your role
• Basic proficiency in the English language (verbal and written)
• Full-time associates must be available to work additional hours beyond scheduled shifts as needed
• Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs, with help to maneuver heavier items using equipment
• Required to wear safety composite shoes
• Must be at least 21 years of age

What's Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience
• A minimum of 1 year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving background
• Experience in high-volume package delivery is a plus
