Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and tracking shipments, processing invoices, and working with ERP systems to ensure smooth operations within the logistics and supply chain sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Process and reconcile invoices accurately.

• Utilize ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, for data management.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain effective communication.

• Maintain high attention to detail and organizational skills in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in logistics coordination and shipment tracking.

• Experience in invoice processing and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.

• Competency in Google Workspace, including Sheets and Docs.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, invoicing, or administrative operations.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site at our New Jersey office and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. It is a temporary full-time role with the potential for extension, reporting to the Quality Manager.

This is a Contract position based out of Teaneck, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
