Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the deployment and maintenance of high-value AI server rack installations in data center environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, safety consciousness, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and innovative organization.

Location: Abilene, TX

Pay Range: $27-$29/hr

What's the Job?

• Execute hands-on logistics and coordination of liquid-cooled AI server rack installations in data center environments.
• Handle physical deployment, positioning, and setup of high-value AI infrastructure while ensuring safety protocols and operational standards are maintained during both construction and live operational phases.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, receive shipments, verify equipment against packing lists, and inspect for damage.
• Install racks in designated locations following floor plans and cable routing specifications.
• Connect coolant distribution units (CDUs), supply/return lines, and perform initial leak testing procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in data center operations, warehouse logistics, or similar technical environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of server hardware and data center infrastructure.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
