Logistics Clerk

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in tracking and monitoring shipments while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with our systems.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments.
• Enter and update import data in SAP.
• Process shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Coordinate freight payments.
• Respond to inquiries from customs brokers and forwarders.
• Assist the team in meeting performance objectives.
• Maintain organized records to support compliance efforts.
• Monitor group mailbox and provide support as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, inventory management, and administrative support.
• Ability to work well in a team of four.

This is a contract position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
