Transportation Services Network Carrier Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
• Partner with teams to drive process improvements, enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs.
• Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Essential Skills:

• 1-3 years' experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and operations management.
• Ability to manage large data sets and use them to drive performance and process improvements.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action.

Work Environment:

This position requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, Sunday-Tuesday, OR Friday-Monday (3 different schedule options- each 4x10 schedule). It offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a transportation team, providing an entry-level corporate role and a chance to support peak business periods.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
