12-hour rotating shifts -- 6 am - 6 pm and 7 am - 7 pm
Full-time schedule: 3 shifts per week, 156 shifts annually
Rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays -- no call
Inpatient neurosurgery with ICU, stepdown, and floor coverage
24/7 APP coverage model
Comprehensive duties including rounds, consults, and care coordination
Prior neurosurgery experience preferred
