Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Independent Practice

Thriveworks is excited to welcome Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to our team!

*Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they will practice.*

We are currently offering a generous $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for our new clinicians who provide 25 clinical hours or more each week.

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a competitive annual salary range of $130,000-$187,000 based on 25-35 clinical hours weekly.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize safe practices for our clinicians and clients through telemedicine. We thoughtfully offer stimulant medications based on individual client needs, allowing clinicians to use their professional discretion. We focus on mental health and refer clients for substance use treatment to in-person providers when necessary.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide compassionate care to a diverse clientele, addressing mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. You will work primarily with adults and adolescents, with plans for expanding services across various age groups.

Qualifications:

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner License - Board Certification is essential

• Master's in Nursing, with current prescriptive authority in your practicing state

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous

• Minimum one year of psychiatry experience required; three years preferred

• Must be licensed and reside in the state of practice

• All new clinicians must complete our in-house training on ADHD standards, followed by a certification exam. You will be involved in treating ADHD clients, with no client quotas or prescribing mandates.

What We Need:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older

• Prescribe medications as part of the treatment plan when needed

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized care plans

• Complete necessary paperwork and assessments for clients

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines closely

• Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding client care, programs, and services
