COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC in hand/applied
• Board: Board Certified in Cardiology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic and Cerner EMRs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
• Cover weekday clinic, weeknight call, and/or 24-hour weekend call
• Conduct inpatient rounding, consults, TEEs, cardioversions, and image readings
• Proctor stress tests occasionally
• Collaborate with APPs and PA-Cs for patient management
• Respond to calls, with most handled via phone triage; rare in-person stat TEE for dissection
