• Job Setting: Ambulatory Clinic, OR, Hospital
• Types of Cases: Adults only - no Peds
• Credentialing: Start within 90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Urology
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CSR License
• Licensure: Illinois (will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates)
