STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL (PRN)

Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu/COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walk-ins

Mandatory Quals: BSP degree, RPH license in the State of Ohio, current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate, current BLS

Preferred Quals: Pharm D

Required Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio, BLS current, Immunization delivery certificate

Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations
