Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

The Work You'll Lead:

You'll handle complex commercial and construction litigation, preparing claims, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating disputes involving: Construction defects & design issues Defaults, delays, productivity & inefficiencies Latent conditions Liens, scope of work disputes & terminations Surety bond claims and more

What You Bring:
