What We're Looking For

Full-time availability (30 hours/week – a minimum of 25 client sessions and 5 hours for administrative tasks, including supervision).
Generalists in behavioral health who are willing to work with couples and children, with our support.
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
Strong ethical standards – we highly value integrity, transparency, and a dedication to high-quality care.
Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location (West Bloomfield, MI) and work in the office during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
Flexible scheduling is essential to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications:

Must reside in Michigan and seek licensure for provision of services.
A graduate from an accredited 60-credit hour program.
Must hold approved status as a LLMSW.
Experience in a counseling setting focusing on depression and anxiety is required.
Experience conducting intakes and diagnoses under supervision, as per DSM-5, is preferred.

Compensation:
Earn up to $62,200 based on your type of licensure, the number of sessions conducted, and potential bonus opportunities.
