The Associate Product Manager, Accessories is responsible and accountable for the Accessories Product P&L and driving the strategic growth of Elevate's Accessories product category which is made up of adhesives, primers, fasteners, roof enhancements, and other related products. This includes providing clear and customer centric inputs to product development, product rationalization, market positioning, and market launch using a stage-gate process for all products in the Holcim Building Envelope Portfolio of that product category.

ABOUT THE ROLE/WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Lead the development and implementation of a
- Comprehensive understanding of the Accessory markets Elevate is competing in, both on a macro-economic and product-specific scale. In alignment with sales and management, analyze our product solution sales and profitability along our sales channels.
- Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and the customer value of our product solutions.
- Regular, strategic customer relationship strategy in alignment with sales to assess customer and industry needs and to identify strategic customer partnerships for launching new products.
- Life cycle strategy to optimize our existing product solution portfolio with a focus on optimizing cost, complexity and portfolio efficiency and effectiveness related to business impact.
- Product solution roadmap to expand our product solution portfolio to drive growth through innovation and new product solutions.
- Strategies per agreed to timeline and KPIs
- Continuous and regular customer interactions in alignment with sales, strategies
- Special projects as requested by management
- Alignment with the organization, especially sales, field technical experts and management.
- Effective and efficient communication to customers, working teams and management
- Support of cross-functional projects as prioritized by the business
- Support of marketing activities as prioritized by management
- Support of pricing activities with market and competitive data in coordination with sales and management.
- BS degree in Engineering/Business or related field, MBA Preferred;
- Direct experience and knowledge base in adhesives, primers, fasteners, and roof enhancements products a must
- 10 years progressive experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing/Sales functions or related field.
- Experience in a combination of the following areas: Project Management, Product Management, Product Development, Marketing & Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance for a Building Material major supplier.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of products related to Construction industry, B2B or Industrial goods.
- Travel required up to 25%
- Data driven personality with strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities. Excel capabilities is a must.
