SUMMARY : Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where your essential role supports both operations and compassionate patient care daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Enhance and restore patients' health by executing the nursing process; work together with physicians and colleagues in a multidisciplinary team; perform various treatment procedures; and provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Medication Administration & Reporting : Administer medications and relay pertinent reports to appropriate staff in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Documentation : Ensure detailed, relevant, and complete documentation using our computerized medical record system.
• Preparation : Maintain clinical areas, ensuring they are well supplied and that exam rooms are fully stocked and ready for use.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or ASN/BSN in Nursing.
• Valid licensure in the State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

EDUCATION:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, requiring constant movement and frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE:

$26.00 - $32.00
