Department Overview

We are inviting dynamic individuals to join our largest Internal Medicine Clinic, offering primary care to patients with chronic diseases, group wellness visits, home-based primary care, and outreach care. Whether you're an experienced nurse or just starting out, we welcome your application!

This position runs Monday through Friday, with work hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm based on the provider's schedule, working closely one-on-one with a new provider.

We are searching for a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality, holistic care to our patients throughout their healthcare journey. As an ambulatory LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician while having the autonomy to serve as the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document comprehensive medical histories from patients.
• Assist in the assessment of patients and administer medications or treatments as directed.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Offer counseling to patients and families about prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

- If the position involves IV therapy/management, completion of an approved IV Therapy course in North Dakota is required.

- Hold an unencumbered LPN license and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.

- Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
