Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide quality, cost-effective direct care for patients and families in our endocrinology unit, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to assist patients in achieving their established care goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in direct patient care by obtaining, documenting, and reporting data relevant to the established plan of care
• Performing therapeutic measures under the guidance of an RN or MD to facilitate successful patient outcomes

This role offers the unique opportunity to travel between Westport offices, bringing variety to your workday and enabling collaboration across multiple teams and communities. The precise work address is 1505 Post Rd East Westport (10533).

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred
