Our team specializes in identifying triggers for allergic reactions and formulating treatment plans to manage symptoms effectively. Enjoy a supportive environment with dedicated providers. Job Summary

We seek a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is eager to grow professionally while making a significant impact in their community. In this role, you will provide quality, holistic care throughout patients' healthcare journeys, ensuring they feel valued and heard. As an ambulatory LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician, enjoying the autonomy of serving as the primary nurse within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients
• Document comprehensive medical histories
• Assist in patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as directed
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans, under the guidance of a registered nurse

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. If the position involves IV therapy/management, candidates must have graduated from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completed an approved IV Therapy course from the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Candidates must hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
