Licensed Master's Social Worker - Full Time Hybrid Role

Thriveworks is on the lookout for provisionally licensed individuals who are pursuing Maryland Licensure as an LCSW-C to join our team. This role involves a dynamic blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, and you're eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend if you can offer 25+ hours of availability each week.

What We're Looking For
We are eager to hire provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland who are passionate about making a meaningful impact and growing alongside us. Our ideal candidates will offer:

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week, consisting of 25+ client visits and 5 hours for administrative duties, including supervision).
• Flexibility to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children, with our supportive resources.
• An appreciation for autonomy while also valuing teamwork.
• A strong moral compass; we prioritize integrity, openness, and a dedication to providing quality care.
• The ability to reside within 45 minutes of our office. Initially, you will need to work on-site during the probationary period before transitioning to a 50% office and 50% remote hybrid model.
• Flexibility in your working schedule.

Qualifications:

• Must live in Maryland and be actively seeking licensure in the state.
• Graduation from an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Must be approved by the board as an LMSW.
• Relevant graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting, focusing on treating depression and anxiety.
• Preferred experience with conducting intakes and diagnosing independently according to the DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary of up to $66,700 depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
