Hourly Compensation: $30.60-$41.80/hr
Additional Benefits: $3/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus, $2 shift premium for hours worked from 2:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Your Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills, particularly in programming and troubleshooting, ideally with Allen-Bradley.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and reliability of processes.
• Perform preventative and annual maintenance on equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control schematics accurately.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Prepare and maintain organized and safe work environments.
• Document work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Communicate updates effectively through pass-downs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic controls and instrumentation.
• Use diagnostic tools to test and repair systems.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Valid Electrical/Maintenance Journeyman License in Michigan.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Basic programming knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills, preferably with Allen-Bradley.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Willingness to be part of the Hazmat team.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Availability to work weekends and off-shift hours as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Computer literate with a willingness to learn SAP/PPE systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley programming and troubleshooting.
• Background in food processing maintenance.
• Proficient with calibration tools like RTD calibrators and multimeters.
• Ability to troubleshoot various electrical circuits including 480 VAC 3-phase.
