Who We're Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in New Jersey who are eager to make a real difference and grow alongside us. We especially welcome:

• Providers ready to conduct 25+ sessions weekly

• Generalists in behavioral health (open to working with couples and children, with our support)

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy but also thrive in a team environment

• Professionals interested in leadership and supervisory roles

• Candidates with integrity, openness, and a steadfast commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• LCSW in New Jersey with active and unrestricted status

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Earn up to $112,200 based on licensure level/type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
